Flow's Summer 6 Aside Program involves small-sided games to encourage quick decision making, greater game involvement, more touches and opportunities for participation.

• Dedicated coaching for training and match day.

• Train once a week and play games Saturday afternoons.

• Term 1 2026 program details include 9 weeks of training and 8 weeks of games from 7 February to 28 March.

• Kit included for new players. Returning players from Term 4 2025 will wear their Gremio kits (blue & black vertical stripes).
