Flow comprehensive Academy training sessions are designed to develop technical skills, tactical awareness and physical fitness. In addition, there is a strong emphasis on developing a growth mindset, resilience and character building, instilling values of team spirit, respect, and perseverance.

• Available all year during the school terms.

  Term 1: 9 February - 3 April (8 weeks for $280)

  Term 2: 20 April - 3 July (11 weeks for $385)

  Term 3: 20 July - 25 September (10 weeks for $350)

  Term 4: 12 October - 11 December (9 weeks for $315)

• Training on all-weather grounds.

• Mondays & Wednesdays 4.30-6.00 pm @ Gunyama Synthetic. Fridays 4.30-6.00 pm @ Getiela Synthetic.

• All age groups from U8 - U18.

• Casual classes available for $35/session/day.

• Training kit to be purchased separately for $60.
