Flow's 10-weeks Summer 2025 6 Aside Program involves small-sided games to encourage quick decision making, greater game involvement, more touches and opportunities for participation. Flow squads trains once a week and plays in local competition, Sydney Super League, on Saturday afternoons once a week. We provide dedicated coaching for training and match day.

+ U8-U12 Training Thursdays @ Getiela Synthetic 4.30-6.00 pm.

+ U13-U16 Training Thursdays @ Getiela Synthetic 6.00-7.30 pm.

+ Games Saturday afternoons @ Rowland Park for U8-U12s and David Phillips Sports Field for older age groups from 18 October to 13 December (9 weeks).
