Flow comprehensive Academy training sessions are designed to develop technical skills, tactical awareness and physical fitness. In addition, there is a strong emphasis on developing a growth mindset, resilience and character building, instilling values of team spirit, respect, and perseverance.

+ Training on all-weather grounds.

+ Wednesdays 4.30-6.00 pm @ Gunyama Synthetic.

+ Fridays 4.30-6.00 pm @ Getiela Synthetic.

+ All age groups from U8 - U18.

+ Training kit included for new players. Replacement kits extra cost.
